Pre-shipment inspection

Pre-Shipment Inspections, also called the Final Random Inspection (FRI) or Finished Quality Control, are a most effective inspection that confirms the whole shipment's quality level. It normally requires the production to be 100% complete and at least 80% of goods to be packed into cartons. The checked samples are randomly selected according to AQL standard.

During a PSI we check:
  • Product appearance (AQL)
  • Workmanship
  • Safety and functionality
  • Quantity
  • On-site tests
  • Colors/ measurements/ weigh
  • Accessories
  • Labeling & logos
  • Packing & packaging
  • Any other special requirements you may have.

The detailed inspection report will be sent to you on the following workday of the inspection day.

It will give you all the information that you need to make a final shipping decision.
