Initial Production Check (IPC)

 
An Initial Production Check is an on-site Product Inspection performed before your production begins, up until 20% has been completed. It will ensure your specifications are understood by the factory and to prevent any potential flaws in the production resources, materials, schedules, management and more. It is the first step in ensuring the quality of your product will be consistent throughout production.
 
During an IPC, we check:
  • Factory's facilities & equipment 
  • Raw materials, main components and accessories
  • Semi-finished products
  • Factory scheduled checking accordingly to planned ETD
  • Some finished products checking
  • Environment checking
 
The detailed inspection report will be sent to you on the following workday of the inspection day. You can make a decision base on the information from the report.
