During Production inspection

 
The During Production Inspection (DPI) will take place during production between 20% and 80% of the manufacturing process. We check packed and ready to go products and make sure that the quality reaches your standards.
 
Also we are able to check the production schedule and confirm that the products will be ready according to your shipment schedule.
 
During a DPI, we check:
  • Quantity
  •  Marking & Labeling
  • Product Specification
  • Client Special Requirement
  • Semi-finished product check
  • Raw materials check
  • Packing
 
The detailed inspection report will be sent to you on the following workday of the inspection day.
